Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • All Pepini products are custom-made to order.

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within [X–X business days] after shipping.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your Pepini gear. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email pepiniusa@gmail.com with your order number, description, and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email pepiniusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send your replacement.


Final Sale Items:
Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
